POLITICAS DE RESERVA
Para asegurar la fecha, hora y servicio que prefieras, se solicita un depósito previo, el cual se descontará del valor total el día de tu cita.Por favor, lea detenidamente toda la información. Al realizar el pago, usted acepta todas las políticas y condiciones de reserva y prestación del/los servicio(s) descritas en esta página.Es esencial confirmar previamente la disponibilidad de la fecha y la hora antes de realizar el depósito. Una vez recibida la confirmación, puede proceder con el pago.Los depósitos requeridos para cada servicio son los siguientes. En caso de reservar más de un servicio, los montos deberán sumarse.Corte Profesional $100Si decide realizar el depósito más tarde, le pido que vuelva a confirmar la disponibilidad antes de efectuar el pago.— Este depósito no es reembolsable ni transferible a otra persona bajo ningún motivo.REAGENDAR UNA CITAEn caso de necesitar cambiar su cita, le solicito avisar con al menos 48 horas de anticipación, contadas a partir del momento en que se realiza el depósito. La cita podrá re agendarse una sola vez, de acuerdo con la disponibilidad en mi agenda. Pasado este plazo, no será posible realizar cambios adicionales y se requerirá un nuevo depósito para agendar nuevamente.PUNTUALIDADOtorgo un margen de tolerancia de 10 minutos para su llegada. Pasado ese tiempo, se aplicará un recargo de $25 por tardanza, que se sumará al costo total del servicio. La espera máxima será de 5 minutos adicionales (15 minutos en total). Si no se presenta dentro de ese tiempo y desea re agendar, será necesario realizar un nuevo depósito para garantizar la reserva.IMPORTANTE / OTROSNo se permiten acompañantes. El día del servicio se aceptan pagos en efectivo, Tarjeta de Credito o Debito, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp. Los pagos con tarjeta de crédito o debito tienen un cargo adicional del 3.4% por transacción. Si la tarjeta es internacional, se aplicará un 1.5% adicional. Estos cargos aplican únicamente para servicios presenciales.

To secure your preferred date, time, and service, a deposit is required in advance. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.Please read all the information carefully. By submitting your payment, you acknowledge and agree to all booking policies, terms, and conditions for the services described on this page.It is essential to confirm the availability of your preferred date and time before submitting your deposit. Once availability has been confirmed, you may proceed with the payment.The required deposit for each service is as follows. If you are booking more than one service, the deposit amounts must be combined.Professional Haircut — $100If you choose to submit your deposit at a later time, please confirm availability again before making the payment.— Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person under any circumstances.RESCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENTIf you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice from the time the deposit was submitted. Your appointment may be rescheduled once, subject to availability in my schedule. After this period, no additional changes will be permitted, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.PUNCTUALITYI allow a 10-minute grace period for your arrival. After this time, a $25 late fee will be added to the total cost of your service. An additional 5-minute waiting period will be allowed, for a maximum of 15 minutes total.If you do not arrive within this timeframe and wish to reschedule, a new deposit will be required to secure your new appointment.IMPORTANT / OTHERNo additional guests are permitted.
